Bloomsburg Community Creek Cleanup - Creek Road Project
The Bloomsburg Community Creek Cleanup group is starting off the year with one of their staple cleanups along Creek Road and the banks of Fishing Creek!! This time of year, it’s still a little too cold to get too close to the water but this stretch of road gets hit hard with litter unfortunately and needs both a beginning of year and end of year cleanup just to keep it maintained.
This will be a land based cleanup focused on roadside litter and the creek bank. NO WATER ENTRY!
Please dress for the weather! Wear layers. Sturdy boots or good shoes are a must. Bring some gloves and a neon if you have it! We will provide neon vests and gloves to those who don’t have their own!
Come out!! Get some fresh air, meet up with the community and help us start the year off right by taking care of this well loved stretch of creek.
